Pick of the Day: Long and Cozy Dress

The minute I walk in the door after work or running around on the weekend, I get out of my work/street clothes and climb into a pair of long, cozy cotton-jersey yoga pants. Ahhh! My favorites are the Old Navy Women'S Fold-Over Yoga Pants (was $19.50, now $17.50) (see below). Yesterday, however, I was perusing the Old Navy site and found this Old Navy Women's 3/4Sleeve Maxi Dresses ($44.94) pictured above. I know it’s designed for wearing out (and you may want to), with its collar and button details. But I thought: what a great dress for lounging around the house! It’s like a caftan except not billowy and made of lightweight, super-soft rayon. (It's also available in black.) And, if I need to run out for milk, I can put a wide belt, scarf and short, casual jacket over it and no one will know I’m wearing my lounge-about dress to the grocery store. One warning: Shorter women may have to take up the hem.
